ALPHEX REALTY SDN BHD, operating from 14B, Persiaran Greentown 4, Greentown Avenue, 30450 Ipoh, Perak, uses this website to provide property information and receive enquiries for Vivien Lim (REN 43762).

When you submit a requirement form, the website stores your name, phone number, optional email address, budget, preferred area, property category, enquiry requirements, intended use, expected occupants and loan/deposit readiness in a protected Supabase record so the authorised team can respond. A copy is prepared for WhatsApp and is sent there only when you choose to send it. Do not submit identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive records through the public form.

Access to website enquiry records is limited to two authorised administrators. Unconverted enquiries are deleted automatically after three months. When a customer enters an active transaction, the authorised administrator may export the necessary record for secure local retention according to the actual transaction or legal need.

Qualified enquiries are counted from their protected status in the website administration area. No enquiry details are sent to external analytics services. The site stores only your language preference in your browser.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry record. Use the privacy WhatsApp link below and include the phone number used in the enquiry so the responsible administrator can verify and process the request.
