What should an Ipoh owner prepare before selling?

Gather the title or ownership records, current loan statement, quit rent and assessment records, renovation information and a clear list of fixtures included. Tell the appointed lawyer about any deceased owner, power of attorney, restriction in interest or missing document early.

Compare recent transactions and competing listings, then set a defensible asking range. Marketing photos should be current and should not reveal documents, vehicle numbers or family information.

Agree on viewing times, required notice and who may enter. Keep a written record of offers and never promise financing approval, tax outcomes or completion dates that depend on third parties.
