Will my subsale booking deposit be refunded if the bank rejects my loan?
Not automatically. The outcome depends on the written offer or SPA, any financing condition, required evidence, deadlines and the facts of the case. Before paying, have a lawyer check exactly when a refund applies. A rejection letter alone does not create a universal refund right.
